    “In 2018, the Teatro Regio di Parma needed to replace the software it had been using to manage contracts and attendance for employees and freelance artists. We chose Opera by Labinf Sistemi because, unlike the other software we evaluated, it was specifically designed for opera houses. Initially used only by a few staff members involved in programming and personnel management, thanks to the possibility of customisation according to our requirements and the integration with the company’s existing information systems, it was possible to extend its use to most of the staff at the Teatro Regio di Parma, for example through the mobile version for workers and digital signage information stations fed by data entered into the ERP.
